Students in our Physical Penetration training gain a full awareness of how to best protect buildings and grounds from unauthorized access, as well as how to compromise most existing physical security in order to gain access themselves. While lockpicking may be the skill most associated with physical penetration, in reality the tactics of Bypassing are used even more frequently on Red Team jobs.
Bypassing is the art of slipping latches, trigger door locks to release, and gaining access to secured areas without attacking locks directly. Some of the simplest tools and tactics, if used properly, can be an even faster avenue of access than the use of pick tools.
Students who learn these techniques can often get past the vast majority of secured doors without ever directly attacking the locks which are in use.
